Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to bookings made on lgcyprivates.com, operated by Legacy Volleyball ("Legacy"). By creating an account or booking a session you agree to them.

Bookings and prices

Prices are set per coach and shown per player, per hour. A session can be booked solo, open to one more player, or open to a small group. When another eligible player joins an open session, each player's price drops to the price for that number of players.
A booking fee, if shown at checkout, is charged by Legacy in addition to the coach's price.
Legacy club players and players training with their own team coach may receive the discounts shown at booking.

Payment

When you book, a hold for the current price is placed on your payment method through Stripe. Nothing is charged until the session is marked complete by Legacy.
After the session, your payment method is charged the final price for the number of players who trained, never more than the amount held. If the hold has lapsed, the payment method you used at booking is charged for the same amount.
Referral credits, when offered, are applied automatically to the next completed session and have no cash value.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking yourself from your account up to the cancellation window shown on the site (24 hours before the session unless stated otherwise). The hold on your card is released.
Inside the window, contact Legacy. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the booked price at Legacy's discretion.
If Legacy or the coach cancels, any hold is released and you are notified by email and, if opted in, text.

Waiver and conduct

A parent or guardian must sign the Legacy Volleyball Medical Release, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver for each player before that player can be booked.
Players and parents agree to follow facility rules at Global Academy, Riverside Baptist Church and any other location used, and to Legacy's athlete protection standards.

Accounts

Accounts are for parents or guardians (and approved Legacy coaches). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including emergency contact details.
Coach accounts are approved by Legacy and may be suspended or removed at Legacy's discretion.

Communications

We send booking-related email and, with your consent, text messages. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to stop texts.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Legacy's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
